Gravity Development Board (Coming Summer 2012)

                The Series

► E Series - For Earth based applications
where size & ease of programming matter.
                ► M Series - For Mars/Planetary based
applications where shielding from the crust
or a magnetic field is available.
► S Series - For free space based applications
where Rad hard components is a must.
Based off the Xilinx Virtex-5Q FPGA allowing

                    reconfigurable hardware, which serves as
                    its own back-up.

                Additional Features:
► Uses dense Surface Mount Technology, with
hardware that includes; Two Full H-Bridges,
                    8-channel 10-bit ADC conversion,
                    Multiplexer & Demultiplexer, USB control,
                    and wireless communication (ZigBee).
► Great driver for Firgelli L16 -P linear actuator.

E Series - Gravity Development Board (GDB)

                Picture
With limited funds and expertise, prototyping a new technology can be a cumbersome and unnecessarily expensive process, especially for undergrad students, hobbyists, and small technology firms.

The GDB will replace the Arduino Uno® as the preferred high-level prototyping environment. By being upto 40x faster, being 53% smaller, having integrated high power drivers (capable of handling 100x the amperage), with more flexible Input / Output configurations, and yet is still much easier to program.

The Alpha version was tested in three schools in a wide array of designs; from a Scanning Electron Microscope sampler, a robotic worm, and an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle. With the flexibility to program the board in four languages (The "Relativity" GUI, SPIN, C+, or Assembly), you don't have to decide between ease of coding and efficiency. You can have both!

The E Series is the first of a three part series of multifunctional project development boards that will allow for quicker and thus cheaper prototyping. Our proprietary software will control all the open source hardware functions, creating a high level hardware API. The large and open source object exchange of the Propeller chip also allows for the easy addition of software functions.
